My Experience of Most Popular Tour of Bhutan

The mysterious area of Bhutan has recently become famous for its culture tours. Your destinations should include Paro, Thimpu, Gangtey and even Punakha.

Arrive Paro and drive to Thimphu
A Bhutan Tour will take you to the scenic places of Paro where you will visit Buddhist monasteries, untouched landscapes, valleys and forests. Thimpu is known for its close affiliation with culture. Try and get in as much as you can on your tour. Even though it may be packed, do also take time out to soak up the variety in scenery. The people are warm and very friendly. Gagntey is famous for the mountain pass of Dochu La and Gagntey Gompa is the only Nyingmapa monastery in Gangtey.

Thimphu - Gangtey
Once you depart from Gangtey, follow the road to Punakha. Punakha allows you leisurely treks through the countryside and is a highlight of Bhutan holidays.
